The State of Minnesota has retained the services of Promissor to develop and administer its real estate exam. You need to take both the Combined General and State Exam in order to get your real estate license.
Promissor, http://www.promissor.com/ , has a Candidate Handbook, in a PDF format that you download from their website. This handbook offers detailed information about what to bring, what to expect and general input about test day.
Making a reservation. You should make a reservation at least 24 hours before the desired exam date; the sooner you make your appointment the better.
